At A Murza restaurant and on its terrace, a panoramic view of the Gulf of Lava accompanies every meal. As the day progresses, the light changes, the scenery unfolds, and the sunsets provide an exceptional backdrop for dinner.

Buffets for Every Taste
Our buffets, from appetizers to dessert, offer a wide variety of choices: salads, meats, fish, vegetarian dishes, and international options for the adventurous. When it comes to sweets, cakes, fresh fruit, and other desserts delight the whole family. We prioritize local and seasonal ingredients as much as possible, for authentic and generous cuisine.
The buffet changes daily, and each week, themed evenings take you on a journey to discover new flavors.
Our Meal Plans
- Breakfast: fruit juices, hot beverages, dairy products, eggs, jams, honey, bread, cereal, pastries, and toast . From 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Half-board: breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, overlooking the sunset over the gulf. Dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
- Full board: half-board plus lunch at your leisure, overlooking the gulf. Lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM.
- Corsican buffets twice a week
Corsican Flavors on Your Plate
Twice a week, Corsican cuisine takes center stage during Spuntinu night, featuring island specialties prepared with local ingredients: cannelloni, veal sauté with olives, Corsican charcuterie and cheeses, paired with a selection of regional wines.
To extend the evening, the panoramic bar welcomes you to its terrace perched high above the sea. Morning coffee, daytime refreshments, an aperitif, or a cocktail at sunset: the menu offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, appetizers (chips, peanuts…), and pizzas available to order from the restaurant.
